What do you do here?
I design and create pieces of jewelry and metal works using recycled metals and responsibly sourced gems. Each and every piece is made by my hands, with metalsmithing techniques that have been around for centuries.
How do I find my ring size?
The best way to find your ring size is to go to a reputable jeweler and have them size you in person. If you live near the Twin cities in Minnesota, and would like to meet with me in person, please contact me!
The next best way is to get a ring size. I carry small plastic sizers that I can mail to you. It comes with easy instructions and gives us a good place to start.
What is Mokume Gane?
To put it simply Mokume Gane, or mokume for short, is a Japanese blacksmithing technique used to create wood-grain-like patterns in metal. Layers of alternating colored metals are stacked and fused into what’s called a billet, and then forged and patterned into a workable and unique material. Each pattern is done by hand so no two pieces will ever look the same. Read more about it here.
How do I order a custom piece?
Simply fill out the contact form to get started on a custom design. I do my best to make the process as easy and simple for you as possible.
Does a custom design cost extra?
Not necessarily. Depending on what you're looking for, prices may line up with other items I have in stock in the shop. However, price quotes are estimates, prices change with the markets, availability, and complexity of design. I do my best to make things as affordable as possible while also making sure I can keep the lights on.
What is the return policy?
I accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. Size not right? Let me know and I'll do my best to make adjustments. See the full return and refund policy here.
Are any purchases final sale?
I am unable to accept returns on custom orders and personalizations. Discounted items will be clearly labeled as final sale where it applies.
When will I get my order?
For in stock items, please allow 2-5 business days for an order to ship. For custom orders, lead times vary, please contact me with questions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products made?
Each and every piece listed on this site is handmade by me in my shop in Minnesota. I do my best to ensure that my materials come from reputable suppliers, including recycled metals and responsibly sourced gems.
